Could Ai ever have OCD ?

An interesting subject that neuro activity missfires,  but by means of support can be corrected.  I assume there is many levels of OCD from minor to severe cases that have different levels of treatment required. 

Would anyone like to comment ?

Yes. It should not be very difficult to exploit artificial intelligence systems and brain-computer interfaces to compromise someone capacity to control his/her emotions and feelings through remote stimulation of target brain regions.
