Any ideas how possibly a dreadd agonist (ie: clozapine) may use clathrin-dependent viral endocytosis pathway to mimick a low/mild pathogenic cytokine storm in lung macrophages via DC-SIGN expressing cells ?  :P

As a DREADD agonist like CQ may block muscarinic receptors signaling, viral gpcr-mediated endocytosis cannot occur using DC-SIGN mediated pathway:

Since CQ is a muscarinic receptor antagonist (MRA), it may potentially block clathrin-dependent endocytosis and prevent DC-SIGN expression in lung macrophage cells.
