Modern human neurosecurity training (MHNT) - Introduction
« on: March 29, 2021, 12:09:12 AM »
Part 1.

Modern human neurosecurity training (MHNT) is a novel research domain aiming to experimentally study the inner nature and functions of self-talking and mind wandering using an exploratory approach. MHNT is a emerging research field aiming to create practical knowledge about the subject through dialectical self-thinking. Likewise, by combining physical activity to mental work, the experimenter can exercise his/her own neurocontrol toward gaining specific experiential knowledge. Also, the purpose of dialectical neurosecurity training is to create new long-term memories about self-awareness in awake/conscious subjects. In specific, it is believed that studying the meaning of dreams without sleeping is an effective method to store and post-process reliable sensory informations about specific psychological experiences in the subject perception of himself.

Moreover, the dynamic regulation of cognitive functions and its related physiological activity is intrinsically complex topic. Human dialectical neurosecurity training is a novel cognitive-physical exercise type for developing newer understanding on the phenomenology of metacognition and human intelligence.
